By creating an account or posting a vehicle on PermitBazaar you agree to the following.

1. Listings

You must own or be authorised to sell the vehicle, and all details, prices and photos must be true. Every new or edited listing needs Super Admin approval and may be rejected or removed at any time. Vehicle registration numbers are partly hidden to protect your privacy.

2. Chat inside the app only

All communication between buyers and sellers takes place in the PermitBazaar chat. Do not share phone numbers, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, links or any other outside contact. Messages that do so are blocked.

3. No abuse or fraud

Abusive, threatening or spam messages, fake listings, fake offers and any attempt at fraud are prohibited. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended and their listings deleted without notice.

4. Payments and safety

PermitBazaar is a classifieds platform and is not a party to any sale. Inspect the vehicle and verify documents (RC, permit, insurance, tax) yourself. Do not pay advance money to anyone you have not met. The platform is not liable for any dispute, loss or damage between users.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your account and password. You can delete your own listings from your dashboard at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
